I reckon there's loads more to come. Keep it up.Simonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16432165719668908143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30395094.post-25898124180830139822012-01-26T01:05:07.625+08:002012-01-26T01:05:07.625+08:00You know I joined new swim coaches in the autumn t...You know I joined new swim coaches in the autumn to try to get faster. We still do technique, but it is really more about swimming hard while doing technique, and swimming lots. My new technique sessions do about 200m+ in an hour, and that includes a lot of faffing and instruction. We do everything we can to just feel and pull the water better. That is the aim. Not reach, glide, efficient stroke. And I am 10s faster on my 100m and haven't swum much for the last month. Yes, I'm a total convert. It's about swimming, hard and lots.Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00473843674999627197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30395094.post-83966585159275428192012-01-06T02:23:57.065+08:002012-01-06T02:23:57.065+08:00Shut up and swim.

Of course not, so don't bother with them in practice.

That's my thoughts anyways. :)

Oh and flip turns and sets are for fish. Not for triathletes.JohnPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10946318913789970069noreply@blogger.com
