I did a half marathon in Freiburg yesterday and managed a pb for that race (not quite a pb overall) Did it in 1:58:07 and considering a lack of long runs a brilliant result for me! It was cold and sleety/sunny/rainy and so ideal conditions for me - I reckon that made all the difference. So now on to the next eh?
