Look who came to visit Sid and Seb's school last week...Malaysia's first astronaut, Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor. How cool was this for the boys?!!

On other news - train harder! Lance is doing Kona 2012, so hopefully you'll be there too.
Either way - in october you'll be in kona or you'll be double Iron as your punishment!
