With Sam still away and A'Formosa looming large I thought a swift loop around Hulu Langat would be the orer of the day. I'm starting with Cecil from Country Heights at 6:45. We'll be at Hulu Langat traffic lights at 7:15 and the mosque at Batu 14 at 7:30.
The plan is to go reasonably hard to Seminyih and then on to Kajang (or back to KL if you're joining us from there). Let me know if you're coming.
Sunday morning run is the usual 21k (or more if you like) to Sri Hartamas. Start time will be 6:15. I may cycle to the start and back to put in a few extra bike k's but we'll see.
