I started training again today - easy 1k swim at home - felt great - off to a spin class now - will take it easy though but loving my training and no post Ironman blues at the moment. I just feel incredibly optimistic about life, the world, everything. Life is Good!

Thanks Sheng Hsin, she was great support - kept my alive on 100+ at the aid station every lap.
