Well done on your selection. Just remember to do those extra hill training, looked at the bike course and it is hard.

Johan, Hills! Hills! - I didn't sign up for hills! I should have looked first I guess - hahaha should be fun.
As I said before, I really am hoping you qualify for Kona but if not it would be an honour to go head to head with you in Germany.
